Thanks to the integration between E3/DC and LUOX Energy, your system is already equipped with the necessary technology for remote controllability. Before registering for aggregation, we will carry out a remote controllability test for your installation. To benefit from this setup, log in to the E3/DC customer portal and complete the contract with us using the link provided there.
Yes. If you switch to aggregation, you can continue to charge your E3/DC battery from the grid - for example, using the LUOX Dynamisch tariff. It is essential, however, to ensure that your battery does not feed electricity back into the grid during charging. Otherwise, you risk losing the market premium for the electricity you feed in.
The cooperation between E3/DC and LUOX Energy eliminates the need for a separate aggregation interface, which is usually required to ensure remote controllability of your system. This means you save on the additional costs for such an interface.
Log in to the E3/DC customer portal and click on the link to our earnings calculator. Using this specific link where the E3/DC logo is visible in the calculator - you can finalize the aggregation contract with us. This ensures that we can use the direct integration between E3/DC and LUOX Energy to control your installation remotely.
If you are still in the registration process, please cancel your current contract with us and sign up again using the link provided in the E3/DC customer portal. We require access to the interface between E3/DC and LUOX Energy and this is only possible via that specific link.
If your contract with us has been in place for some time, please do not cancel it. In that case, you will not gain any additional benefits from re-registering.
Yes, the cooperation removes the cost of the aggregation interface for you. However, all other costs listed in the Pricing Model section remain unchanged.

Fragen zu LUOX Dynamisch und E3/DC
Die Kombination aus dynamischen Stromtarif und HEMS ermöglicht es dir, deinen Bedarf an Strom aus dem Netz ganz automatisch zu den günstigsten Preisen zu decken. LUOX Energy als dein Stromlieferant kennt deinen stündlich schwankenden ct/kWh Preis und übermittelt diese Preisinformationen über eine Schnittstelle an E3/DC. Dafür musst du nur deinen LUOX Dynamisch Vertrag mit dem E3/DC Portal verbinden.
Bitte informiere dich zum Leistungsversprechen deines E3/DC Systems auf der Website von E3/DC.
Du benötigst Zugang zu deinem E3/DC Portal sowie Zugangsdaten zum LUOX Energy Portal. Bei Vertragsabschluss eines LUOX Dynamisch Stromtarifs erhältst du die Zugangsdaten zum LUOX Portal per E-Mail zugesandt.
Wenn du bereits einen LUOX Dynamisch Vertrag hast, kannst du diesen ganz einfach mit deinem E3/DC System verbinden. Gehe dafür in das E3/DC Portal und wähle unter „Erweiterungen“ den dynamischen Stromtarif von LUOX Energy aus. Im Verbindungsprozess wirst du aufgefordert, deinen Nutzernamen und dein Passwort für das LUOX Energy Portal einzugeben. Diese hast du von uns kurz nach dem Vertragsabschluss mit LUOX Energy erhalten. Mit der Eingabe authentifizierst du dich und erteilst E3/DC die Erlaubnis, Vertragsdaten bei LUOX Energy abzufragen. Schon bist du fertig und E3/DC kann auf Basis der Preisinformationen von deinem LUOX Dynamisch Vertrag deinen Netzbezug optimieren.
Im LUOX Energy Portal werden die reinen Börsenstrompreise in Netto oder Brutto dargestellt. Das E3/DC Portal zeigt den finalen ct/kWh Endkundenpreis inklusive „Umlagen, Netzentgelte & Steuern“ sowie der LUOX Preiskomponenten „Herkunftsnachweise“ und „Variables Entgelt“ an.
