What is Electricity Aggregation and How Does the Billing Process Work?
Aggregation means the sale of electricity from renewable energy sources such as photovoltaics, wind, biogas or hydropower. In this process, the electricity is traded directly on the electricity exchange through an aggregator like LUOX Energy and remunerated, instead of being handed over to the local grid operator for a fixed EEG feed-in tariff.
Protection via the Market Premium
LUOX Energy pays you the remuneration from the electricity exchange, minus the costs for aggregation. This increases the long-term profitability of your installations. In addition, you receive the market premium from your distribution network operator, guaranteed for 20 years, providing financial security.
The reference value remains the same throughout the entire subsidy period, while the distribution between the market premium and the market value changes monthly.

The LUOX Pricing Model – Without Risk Surcharges
Our pricing model is transparent, fair and works well even in today's volatile markets. It guarantees that no risk surcharges are added and passed on to you.
Here’s How it’s Structured:
The electricity feed into the grid is remunerated on an hourly EPEX day-ahead spot price.
A fixed service fee based on the generation capacity of the plant.
A variable service fee, which is a percentage of the compensation for the electricity fed into the grid (3%).
The marketing costs are passed on transparently.
A one-time setup fee of €200.
