Aggregation
For installations larger than 100 kWp and commissioned after January 1st, 2016, aggregation is mandatory. However, even for older or decommissioned installations, aggregation enables attractive additional revenue.
We take on the market roles of the deployment manager (EIV) and operator (BTR) for you within the framework of Redispatch 2.0.

Dynamic electricity tariffs offer farmers the opportunity to reduce energy costs by shifting their consumption to periods with lower prices. They enable flexible energy usage based on the availability of renewable energy. Thanks to real-time price information, farmers gain transparency and can manage their energy costs more efficiently.
In aggregation, billing is based on the amount of electricity you deliver each month and the corresponding market price. You will receive a detailed invoice from us, including explanations of all billing components. Invoicing takes place on the 18th of the following month and payment is made on the 25th (e.g., electricity fed in during April: invoice on May 18, payment on May 25). You will automatically receive this invoice by email, and it is also available in your customer portal or the LUOX Energy app.
Aggregation is worthwhile in agriculture if farmers wish to sell electricity from photovoltaic, wind, or biogas installations at current market prices. It can generate higher earnings than fixed feed-in tariffs and uses real-time data to optimize energy sales. This allows farmers to maximize their income while supporting the use of renewable energy.
To benefit from a dynamic electricity tariff, farmers need a smart meter capable of measuring energy consumption in real time. In addition, they need access to a provider that offers dynamic tariffs and real-time price data. This enables flexible control of energy usage and helps reduce electricity costs.
The aggregation costs for each of your installations are calculated based on the total aggregation costs of all installations. This spreads the risk and expenses evenly, reducing fluctuations in your monthly costs. As various factors influence the cost level, we publish an aggregation cost report once a month for our customers. This report helps you understand how your aggregation costs for the respective month were composed.
