Berlin, July 17, 2024 – With a major brand relaunch, Lumenaza GmbH – a pioneer in the field of energy software-as-a-service solutions – is opening a new chapter: The former customer-facing brand Lumenaza.Community becomes LUOX Energy.
This significant relaunch aims to make participation in the energy market more appealing to an even broader audience. At the same time, it highlights the company’s intention to create a clearer distinction from the B2B segment, through which Lumenaza supports energy suppliers such as OctopusEnergy, EnBW, E.ON, and Regionah Energie with comprehensive energy market processes in a white-label model.

Products for Consumers and Producers of Green Energy
LUOX Energy introduces two core products focused on economic benefits for consumers and producers of green energy – and designed to have a positive effect on grid stability:
- LUOX Dynamisch – A dynamic electricity tariff that allows customers to purchase electricity at current spot market prices, enabling them to benefit especially when green energy supply is high.
- LUOX Direktvermarktung – A solution for operators of wind, biogas, and PV systems of all sizes (0–10 MW) to feed energy into the grid at current market prices and achieve higher long-term earnings.
LUOX Energy promises full cost transparency and control – with no hidden fees, no binding contracts, and the flexibility of monthly cancellation.
The products will be promoted through expanded marketing efforts and distributed via partnerships in the hardware and PV sector, positioning LUOX Energy as a technology-agnostic solution for the energy market. The partner network already includes over 60 partners, such as E3/DC and enerix.

The new LUOX Energy brand identity aims to connect with diverse target audiences and redefine core brand values such as transparency, sustainability, and accessibility.
